These are the policies of Filoxenia hotel in Toxotes, Xanthi

Late check out policy:

There will be no extra charge for late check-out until 1700 h, provided the room has not been booked for the next day. If you wish to delay your check-out till 1700 h, please contact the reception one day prior to your check-out date.

Policy on children staying with parents:

- for babies and children up to two years old, there will be no extra charge

- for children from two to 12 years of age, there will be a charge of €15.

Cancellation Policy:

- for cancellation up to three days before the arrival date, there will be no charge

- for cancellation less than three days before the arrival date or for no-shows, 30% of the deposit will be charged.

Other disclosures:

Small pets are allowed if they do not disturb other guests.
